About Mr Sunil Bajaj
Mr Sunil Bajaj is an orthopaedic surgeon who completed his training in London (Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital South East Orthopaedic Training Programme).
He is a specialist in paediatric orthopaedics, having undertaken fellowships at Royal National Hospital in Stanmore and Sheffield Children’s Hospital. He has also been a travelling foot and ankle fellow in Switzerland and the Netherlands.
His special interests include bunion surgery, forefoot reconstruction for rheumatoid, failed bunion surgery, Morton’s neuroma, surgery for arthritis of foot and ankle, ankle arthroscopy, ankle replacement, sports injury to foot and ankle, ankle ligament repair, tendon disorders around foot and ankle (tibialis posterior, peroneal tendons, achilles tendon) and plantar fasciitis.
He is honorary treasurer of the British Indian Orthopaedic Society, and is a member of British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) and British Society for Children's Orthopaedic Surgery (BSCOS).
Mr Bajaj has written textbook chapters, some of which feature in prominent orthopaedic textbooks, such as Mercer’s textbook of Orthopaedics. He is a very keen teacher and has been invited as faculty to many popular orthopaedic training courses.
